"Die Sprechstunde" live in the Festhalle Bern
Two sold-out evenings, over 8,000 guests, and lots of excitement: we transformed the Festhalle Bern into an atmospheric event space for Moser & Schelker's live podcast “Die Sprechstunde” (The Consultation Hour). The technical implementation required not only precision but also flexibility to ensure the show concept was perfect.
On November 28 and 29, the Festhalle Bern became the stage for Moser & Schelker's live podcast "Die Sprechstunde". With a total of over 8,000 guests over two evenings, the event was a great success. We were able to participate as a technical partner.
On behalf of the organizer, we took over the complete technical implementation of the event. The hall was equipped with an XSL line array sound system, which ensured clear speech intelligibility right to the back rows. The setup was complemented by a large LED wall as a stage backdrop and projections of the live image to the left and right of the stage and as delay screens in the middle of the hall.
Sophisticated show lighting skillfully set the scene for Moser & Schelker and emphasized the special atmosphere of the evening.
The implementation required an intensive planning phase, as new creative ideas were constantly being added to the event. These included, for example, falling balloons and pyrotechnical effects, which were realized by our partner Crazy Flash / feuerwerkshopschweiz.ch.
After the official program, around 400 guests moved on to the after-party area, where auviso technology was also used.
A total of around 16 tons of material was used. The set-up was completed in one day, from Thursday evening to Friday lunchtime. Dismantling started immediately after the show.
