Kilchenmann realized the technical implementation of the Feldschlösschen Osterschoppen 2026 in the arena of the Kursaal Bern and thus supported the smooth running of the traditional event.
As the technical partner of the Kursaal Bern, Kilchenmann implemented the media technology for the Feldschlösschen Osterschoppen 2026.
The Osterschoppen is a traditional event to which Feldschlösschen invites personalities from the worlds of business, politics, sport and culture every year. Around 800 guests meet in the Kursaal Bern for an evening that focuses on personal exchange, encounters and networking .
The 2026 edition also continued this tradition and offered guests a setting for discussions, shared experiences and exchanges in a festive environment.
Ulrich Reinhard, Area Sales Director at Feldschlösschen Getränke AG, describes the event as follows: "The Osterschoppen is an annual gathering of a great many people from the Bern region and from all over Switzerland. People clink glasses, talk about good old times and, above all, about the future - and celebrate and enjoy a uniquely beautiful evening here in the heart of the city of Bern."
Initial situation/requirements
The Osterschoppen combines various elements of a classic social event with a clearly structured program. In addition to welcoming guests and networking, the focus is onspeeches, musical contributions and joint program items.
The personal atmosphere and the closeness between guests and hosts characterize the event. At the same time, the setting requires a reliable technical implementation that transmits both spoken contributions and musical performances clearly and comprehensibly.
In terms of implementation, this meant equipping the Kursaal Bern arena with audio, lighting and video technology and integrating the individual program items into a coordinated overall concept.
Kilchenmann took on the coordination of all technical components as well as the technical project management on site.
Technical implementation
The technical infrastructure for presentations, speeches and musical contributions was implemented in the arena of the Kursaal Bern. A coordinated audio setup was used for the sound reinforcement and microphones , which transmitted both speeches and live performances reliably and in consistent quality.
The visual implementation took place via thepermanently installed 16-metre-wide LED wall at and the integration of presentations and live images. An operated, permanently mounted camera was used to capture the stage action in high quality and transmit it to the LED wall so that it was clearly visible to all guests in the hall.
In addition to static lighting, moving lights were also used for the lighting design . This allowed various moods and scenes to be created - from restrained basic lighting for greetings and speeches to accentuated show lighting for musical contributions.
In addition, a photo wall was set up in the entrance area to allow guests to take personal photos and network informally. Access to the event was via a red carpet in the forum area as a gala entrance . This visually enhanced the reception area and emphasized the festive character of the evening as soon as guests arrived.
Technical support was provided by a well-coordinated team consisting of project management, venue operator, band support and specialists for audio, lighting and video. Thanks to this clear allocation of roles and close coordination within the team, the entire evening was realized technically smoothly, efficiently and at a consistently high level of quality.
Ulrich Reinhard says: "Collaboration with the technical partner in the Kursaal is extremely important." It is crucial to work with competent people who know what it is all about, understand the needs and know what is required. "Everything we want to present and show has to be right and fit."
The Feldschlösschen Osterschoppen 2026 in the Kursaal Bern was an atmospheric event in which personal encounters and a professionally orchestrated technical implementation intertwined convincingly.
