Inno Digital Services AG (IDS) is expanding its group of companies to include Winkler Livecom AG and its subsidiaries Winkler Systems AG and Mesol AG. The Winkler group of companies employs a total of around 120 people, who will become part of the IDS Group in future.
The IDS Group is thus further expanding its position in the Swiss market and forming the largest network for professional event and media technology (ProAV) in Switzerland. The basis for this is the bundling of several established companies from the ProAV and livecom sector under the IDS umbrella.
Strengthening event expertise within the group
Following the merger of auviso and Kilchenmann in 2024, the integration of Winkler Livecom marks the next development step within IDS's buy & build strategy. Together with the existing auviso and Kilchenmann brands, the leading Swiss network for systems technology will now also become the leading competence center for events and live productions. This will enable the Group to realize event projects throughout Europe in the future.

Clear roles within the IDS Group
Winkler Livecom AG will assume the lead role in the IDS Events business segment. Winkler Systems AG will remain an independent company and will strengthen system integration and AV installation solutions in particular within the Group.
