The 7th Annual General Meeting of Inno Digital Services AG (IDS) took place at the Casino Bern. Teams from the group supported the event with event and media technology, content production, and on-site support, bringing the IDS Group’s 360° portfolio to life for the shareholders.
On Tuesday, August 18, 2026, shareholders of Inno Digital Services AG (IDS) gathered at the Casino Bern for the Annual General Meeting. This historic venue in the heart of Bern was chosen for its ability to accommodate events with a variety of requirements and for its long-standing partnership with Kilchenmann. The Burgerratssaal provided a fitting setting for the official portion of the Annual General Meeting and was integrated into the overall staging of the evening for the subsequent standing dinner.

As a result, the company was able to organize its own annual general meeting entirely using expertise from within the Group—from the initial planning stage through setup and execution to teardown.
Technical Implementation
In the Burgerratssaal at Casino Bern, the technical setup for the official portion of the Annual General Meeting and the subsequent standing reception was installed. A 5 × 3-meter LED wall with an additional LED screen backdrop was used for the visual presentation. The content was processed via an LED processor and displayed on the large-format LED screen.
Content production was also part of the implementation: The opening video, featuring highlights from the fiscal year, was based on footage from the content team and was edited and prepared specifically for the event. It was complemented by additional relevant content, such as a key visual loop and a countdown.
A video switcher and several laptopswere used for directing, playing back content, and controlling the sequence of events. This allowed presentations, video clips, and the key visual loop to be controlled in sync with the program schedule and displayed on the LED wall. A speaker monitor was also available for the presenters.
The sound system was set up with supplemental audio equipment. Among other things, headsets and handheld microphones were used to answer shareholders’ questions, along with a digital mixing console and a wireless system. In addition, speakers and a power amplifier were used for the sound system.
The lighting was also tailored to the event. In addition to the hall’s existing lighting , moving heads, battery-powered spotlights, and a lighting control system were used . This helped emphasize the formal nature of the general meeting and provided a suitable atmosphere for the discussion that followed.
