Our remote support is based on the individual security guidelines of our customers. We take existing ICT or ISO guidelines into account and adapt remote access accordingly. Depending on the environment, different variants are used, for example via VPN connections or screen takeovers. Depending on the setup, appropriate license models are offered in the SLA or we adapt to our customers' existing models.
Documentation and log files also ensure transparency and traceability.

Remote support contributes to faster solutions and a more conscious use of resources. Every on-site visit that is avoided means fewer journeys and therefore lower emissions.
